Filling is firm and comfortable. Easy to carry, portable. Great back and neck support. Also has pockets for storage of small items that you don't want to lose. I would definitely recommend this product.
I’m going to use it in bed.. it’s comfortable and soft.. pockets on the sides.. only thing I don’t like is it has Velcro so it don’t stay together real good .. but it is still comfortable.. helps my back.. u could use it on a couch. Relaxation

The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the armrest straps could be tighter, to hold the armrests better. I feel like this would improve mobility, allowing you to easily move this product from room to room. I’m waiting the full 48 hours for expansion, as the instructions indicate, but this reader pillow looks soft and comfortable.
i bought it to read in bed. it just slips underneath me and the arms detached. not what i wanted.
I received this item but unfortunately it had a fishy odor to it. I immediately returned this item.
