Moonspell Magic by Monster High Willow Thorne Fashion Doll, Nature Witch with Accessories

This is the latest line of Mattel dolls that is a spin off of Monster High. Dolls were release without any cartoon story line, I looked, since I wanted to verify that the story was good/positive and not dark/sinister. Apparently Monster High characters are the offspring of Monsters and the school does not allow witches (which this new line are). But MH's DracLaura loves to do forbidden witchcraft/spells. One side note. If you are searching for the rarer Layla Stone, it is exclusive to Walmart per “You Love It” website! Even Mattel website did NOT advertise that! 🤔 The Willow Thorne character is suppose to be a NATURE WITCH who brews healing potions in her garden that blooms with plant magic. Willow has very long thick purple hair that goes down to her knees. She has light green butterflies/leaves earrings and wears a large removable purple hearing aid in her left ear. She wears a mid drift top with black lace neckline and shear long sleeve green w/purple flowers. She has a purple belt with a drawstring pouch. Her long bell bottom black pants have iridescent butterflies/flowers/leaves, moons on the front, plain in back. She wears very cute, purple open toe flowery platform wedge shoes. Her accessories are her Moonspell dark green wide brim hat, dark green cauldron that with water, pops up with a mini blue necklace and purple crescent moon. She has a purple butterfly sealed purse and a green herb jar, a light bottle and a green/blue sealed Earth Spell book. Quite a collection. Like her other Moonspell Characters, she seems to mimic her Monster High Characters too. Per my girls, she is naturally friends with MH Venus Flytrap and Nightshade dolls. Thus their scene is set with all the dolls working in the garden. MH Venus with her plants, MH Nightshade tending her plants, Willow with herbs for her cauldron and Venus's sister walking in. The 9” tall plant is from “The Zelfs” collection. The long braided hair MH Venus is one of my girls favorite and she is with all her pet plants. MH Nightshade tending to her plants on the MH Beanry shelf (that we multiple purple for all different scenes), we love the web table extension. Lots of Mini Verse plants and accessories. Willow working on the 3d printed sparkling green square table, a fastchas7 creation, which has been a great working height for all our scenes. Makes me want to work in my garden. Happy gardening!

willow arrived and she is absolutely precious! i love her cheekbones and her chin, its such a love face sculpt! and her outfit is so simple but very iconic~ i know some HoH ppl dangle charms off their hearing aids so part of me wishes that instead of earrings willow did that, but admittedly that'd be hard to pull of in a doll ^^; still, she's cute as hex and has a great sculpt

I did NOT expect these dolls to look so good but i am so glad i got these before they sell out! Beautiful dolls. I legit am so jealous and want my own now lol

Moon Spell Magic dolls are adorable. Willow the nature witch is soo cute. I love her freckles and her hearing aid. The only compliment I have is her hair is super frizzy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my review. For this Willow Thorne Moonspell Magic Monster High Doll. This doll is so cute. I love her outfit. I really like her accessories. That she comes with. This is a doll. That your little ones. Will have fun playing with for hours. I like how her body parts move and bend. So you can pose and play with her in different ways. I definitely recommend this doll. To anyone. That loves Monster High Dolls.

Don't lift the cauldron lid until the surprise is removed. The surprise can easily slip beneath the lid and be lost inside forever! What a horrible design!!!!

Doll arrived in damaged packaging. The shipping box was pristine. It's a birthday gift and not in a presentable condition. I have no choice but to return and pay more from a reseller since it's now sold out. Shame on the ones who thought it was ok to ship damaged items.

shipping box was damaged and so was the box the doll comes in
