i like this oven it cookes very fast an it is easy to work

4 stars cause timer doesn't go below 20 minutes and 1 hour

Product is great, exactly as advertised

No mention that you have to preheat before it will start

It's a nice looking unit, not overly huge. I found the preset dials hard to understand. We only used it once to air fry sweet potato fries. They came out soggy. So much for "crisp" fries. I cleaned up the unit as new, including the plastic bags everything came in, and returned it to the store. For now we'll stick with our old Hamilton Beach toaster oven and put sweet potato fries in the skillet with a little coconut oil.

Oven is beautiful, bigger than I thought and wanted. The issues I have with it is: the display never shuts off, although the oven is off. The problem is that it keeps flashing two lines, it doesn’t give you the option to shut it off other than unplugging it from the outlet. Another issue is the beep, it’s so loud and again it doesn’t give you the option to shut it off or lower it. And unfortunately, every little turn of the knob it beeps. Also, one annoying issue is that it doesn’t save the last settings, which means that every single time you use it, you have to start from the beginning like you just take the oven out of the box. There are a lot of improviments to be done but overall it is a nice oven and I’d recommend it.

air fryer feature does not work very well. It takes forever to fry anything so i am still using my old fryer. Oven works great. Overall pretty disappointing

Limited features- eg. the bake is a minimum setting of 20 min, so biscuits and muffins will burn (only take 10-16 min). The out side gets VERY hot. Burned my finger when I grabbed the handle and a finger brushed the outside surface.

Doesn’t allow you to really adjust the times. So you would end up burning your food if you are not watching it. I will be returning because

others have said it before. this product is using defective software, hence the low price just so they get rid of it. it should be recalled. difficult to figure out, even after you figured it out. worst instructions ever. don't be fooled by the low price. walk away ..... fast.
