I have used mophie juice packs for the last 6 years and was surprised when the one I brought in April 2019 failed. However, once I contacted the company to inform them of this issue, customer service was very helpful and I received a replacement in a week and was provided with a prepaid label to return the defective one. This was very helpful and the new product works. Thanks
I love the style and the concept but the pack get very hot when it is charging the phone. Not sure if I have a lemon and I will be in contact with mophie about the issue. Mine also only charges the phone when it’s at 20% up to 65%. I was hoping it would do a little better like other mophie cases I have owned before.
Bought my third mophie case for my new iPhone. Previous cases worked wonderfully. I have trouble charging this case using the wireless Qi charging. I need to remove the phone from the case and place on two separate chargers. Maybe user error but shouldn’t be that tough.
I bought this couple weeks ago I don’t like the button to turn on the Mopgie it comes on when he’s in my pocket I don’t like the battery life Of this mophie my mophie I have for my last iPhone Had a lot more battery that’s why I bought this one. they’re not the equal
I have used mophies with my iPhones for probably 10 years. This one, for the XR, is disappointing. It does not last as long and does not charge as quickly as the older models. the power button is weird too, it doesn't turn on until you let go, so you hold the button and nothing happens.
I bought this a few weeks ago and I’m disappointed in the charging capability. I used to get over a full charge out of my old Mophie product. This new one I get about 60% charge and it’s dead. It is helpful but I’m disappointed. I understand the battery in my new phone holds a bigger charge but I would have expected Mophie to step up and make a comparable product to what I had previously.
Instead of having one charging port this one leaves the Apple port available but the plug for the Mophie uses the type “c” charging plug instead of the standard mini USB plug they have used in the past. This if you charge multiple Mophies this takes a different plug. I wish they would have stayed with the.mini USB so I wouldn’t have to add yet another charging cable to the car and house. Other than that the same great extended operating time.
The Product Doesn't Do As advertised' I Phone Was On 18%, Turned The Case On & It Only Went To 47% Before Dying' If I Have To Wait Until It Is Fully Charged To Use It, Could It At Least Charge My Phone A Little More' I Don't Think It's Worth The Money I've Paid'
i bought this battery case these past few weeks with high hopes that my phone will be charge for like a day or like what they said that it works for 31 hours :( but i was completely wrong, why? its because the battery case only works less than 30 minutes yes ur right. affer the battery is fully charged, the four bars will be 3 bars after 5 mins of using, then 5 mins again to 2 until its dead again, i hate the fact that i need to charge it every 20 mins also it charges very very slowly.
Purchased the case for an apple XR. This is my 3rd purchase (all were for different phones). This case is disappointing compared to the others. On a full charge it will only charge the phone fully from 58% one time before it has to be charged again. I purchased a $40 battery case on amazon that fully charges the phone 3 times before needing charged again. What gives on this one? Has the quality control slipped?
