This seems to be a GREAT massage tool. It came properly packaged and partially charged. The included an instruction booklet does nothing more than show you which button does what, but it does so in eight languages. It has a 10 minute safety timer; it WILL turn off after 10 minutes. The choices of programs and levels of intensity are good; the heat feature doesn't seem to produce much heat. Only time and use will tell how long the battery will last.

These bottles do not have a cross valve opening as they advertise. It's a standard hard plastic top with a small hole. I bought these specifically for the better tops but that's not what I received.
