My salon got me hooked on this shampoo. It's vegan and so good for your hair. It doesn't weigh my hair down and that's something I look for in a product I'm using on my hair.

Good product/slow return
Ordered this before and like the product. I returned my order because found two full ones I still had and didn't want so much ahead. You received my returned product days ago and still no refund!

i was not happy with the contents of the package. there was clear tape all over both bottles for not sure of the reason. the bag that it came in looked like it had fallen on the ground and was all discolored and dirty. thankfully the bottle do not seem to be damaged.

spilled shampoo
i was waiting a long time for an offer on moroccan oil shampoo and conditioner and when i receive it, the shampoo is with the seal tape open and the shampoo scattered and now i will see if i can return it and have them send me a sealed one since i paid $116 for those

Be careful ! Low cost means it's not original
This is not original. The color of the shampoo was pink where as the original Moroccon shampoo from the manufacturer is white. So I feel this is slightly lower cost because it's fake.

Terrible packing , lost 1:3 bottle
Bottle of shampoo wasn't closed. Leaked all inside pkg. what a big sticky mess , not to mention a waste of 1/3 a bottle of an expensive item.

Pump broke
The shampoo pump broke within a couple of days. And these large bottles are too difficult to manage without a pump.
