This mobility scooter is my first and it was very easy to setup. It's easy to use and very quiet while running! It went over grass well and the turn radius is tight as a 3-wheeled scooter should be. I have not yet tried to put it in my car, but it seems very easy to disassemble as well. Great value for the money spent. I also like that it came with 2 keys.

I'd always thought these were $1000s of dollars - so very pleased to find this one so inexpensive. My mother in law loves it! It's very sturdy and I'm able to lift it in and out of my minivan so long as I remove the battery first. Great for the elderly, disabled, mobility challenged, etc. Had it for a few months now and it's been wonderful to have this so we don't have to push her in a wheelchair and she has some mobility Indepence! Been recommending it to everyone :)

Great quality for the price. I'm right at 300 and have no issues with the scooter. Very light and easily comes apart. We can fit both in the rear of our Kia Soul.

This was a gift for my husband, he has enjoyed this Jazzy so far. We use this scoter to go the amusement parks and the zoo we visit. The only complaints I have is that the seat should have more cushion that it has.

I can't walk. Needed a 3-wheel scooter with a tight turning radius to use in my tiny apartment. A wheelchair is too large. The scooter's seat is already creaking and unstable. Its motor can be heard as I ride. One ridiculously poor design feature is that it turns off only if its key is pulled out. How then to keep the key available to the rider?

It's ok it serves its purpose. I have bad knees and it's a little struggle for me ti get on and off, because the foot bed part isn't that long, and I really have to bend my knee back to go around the steering column. And I have to stretch my legs out across the front to ride comfortably.

The beeping is very loud, doesn't work well in the heat, one of the tail lights was broken off ☹️otherwise everything else was fine! Easy to assemble!

When opening the box of my scooter I noticed the handle on the battery was broken. This makes it somewhat difficult for a senior citizen with mobility issues getting the battery in position. I have sent numerous emails to Morrean with no response. I have contacted Walmart.com and Allstate protection plan and I am being told I have to work through seller. I also contacted the manufacturer and was told the same to contact seller. It is difficult to do this if I get no response from them. I love the scooter but need to resolve the broken handle on the battery, Customer service needs attention

We have had this for 2 months and it is already trash. It's hardly been used never outside of our house and it won't work half the time!! I can't believe I wasted almost 500 bucks buying this for my husband who is a disabled veteran and I feel like I was scammed

I have no idea how it works. It is still in the box unopened. I got out of rehab and do not need it. I have tried repeatedly to return it. The deadline clearly says return by June 18th Walmart customer service has lied and said they were emailing me in a few minutes. This has happened 4 times. It is now June 14th and still no return label. I have four days left and they are retro let the time run out. If it does. I am not going to ever pay that port of my bill and keep the merchandise. Even if has to affect my credit rating. I am so disappointed and frustrated with Walmart with this return.
