It's perfect. Has all the bells and whistles. Easy to maneuver. I like it a lot. If you have issues walking far distances, this is perfect for you.

I love my mobile scooter, but the tires could have been made with better grip for the grass sometimes it spins when in grass and has to push up hills, overall its a lovely little thing.

Personally the package was very sturdy and held the item in place However just a note to the manufacturer, the tire is large incomparable to the wheel well This would cause excessive use on the tires as well as other components. Also, the width of the chasse may add to accidents, because of the weight and height. you may want to adjust both.

I am a disabled college student and thought this would be the perfect scooter to get me around my college campus. Starting from day one, this scooter has been nothing but a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!! Before I proceed, I will outline the significant advantages of this scooter. I appreciate the fact that when backing up, this scooter is remarkably quiet. The battery life is excellent, allowing me to run for at least three days on a single charge. Not too heavy, my daughters can pick this up with assistance from someone, and it fits perfectly in the back of the Jeep Cherokee—lots of leg room. I thought I would be happy and had found the scooter of my dream. That is, until I discovered that this scooter falls apart really easily. I have had it for a little over a month and drive only on smooth surfaces. The light has fallen off, and the cup holder I was promised. The seat arms are not sturdy, and I know they were assembled correctly. The gear for neutral and drive (even in drive) often has to be toggled to get it to turn on and allow me to drive. The price point is excellent, but this is not worth the cost and headache. I would look further and buy a better scooter. Although I will be without a means of mobility, I refuse to spend that much money on a dud scooter. I am sending it back.

I received this scooter a few days ago. I charged the battery overnight, and when I went to start it, it did nothing. No power, no lights, no sounds, nothing. I've been in contact with the company, but every email takes a day for a response. They want a video to show that it has no power, but even a 12 second video is too big to send. I was really looking forward to this scooter because it's nicer than the one I previously had, which I had to return because it wouldn't move. It makes me wonder about the long shipping, and maybe damage on the way. I can't keep doing this, unfortunately.

I purchased this item and it totally counted out on me! I insured the item and when I contacted Walmart, they told me to call the insurance company and I did. The insurance company wanted me to pay to have the item fixed and said they'll refund me the amount that I pay to have the item fixed! I'm on a fixed income and cannot afford to have the item fixed and then wait to be refunded. My fixed income can barely cover my living expenses including rent, electricity, gas, cellphone bill, Internet, medications and food. Now, I'm stuck in my home and unable to go to clinic appointments, check my mailbox or go down the block to a store! I have to have someone to do these daily activities for me! I DONOT recommend this item to anyone! And the insurance is a rip off to get you to spend money without getting the item fixed so it can be continue to be used! DONOT FALL FOR THE LIES!
