Morton Action Melt Snow & Ice Melt, 12 Pound Jug

This blend worked great. I put some down on sidewalk and front porch before snow of a total of 18 inces and the snow removal was so easy and no freezing on bottom of snow on top of sidewalk/porch. Will buy again.

this stuff keeps my porch and sidewalk from being dangerous and icy, and it's very affordable.

It was a reasonable product.

Two of the bottles were damaged and salt was inside of the box. I would like to see how I can get a new order sent to me.

After only two applications of this product, I realized that it was deteriorating the cement in my driveway and back patio. The same thing happened to my next-door neighbor. My neigbor suggested that it might not have done such damage if our cement had been sealed, but neither of us were aware of that constraint before we applied it. The damage is plainly visible in the two attached pictures. DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT ON UNSEALED CEMENT!

The Melt was out the jug a great big mess.

i have had this bag of "Morton Action Melt" for a couple of years so I would be prepared when needed. About a month ago it was needed, so I put it on my driveway. A few days after everything had thawed and dried I was horrified to see the damage done to my driveway. I'm waiting to see it the damage continues to get worse before I seek repairs or replacement. This is a horrible product that while it does remove the ice, it can cause terrible damage to your concrete. In the meantime I will be seeking legal advice.
