Great taste %26 more benefits!
Dr recommended this due to low potassium levels in place of the regular table salt. I was skeptical it wouldnt taste as good but I was pleasantly surpised it does and with half the sodium, it's a double win!

I liked everything about this salt. My doc said to cut down on salt and i have done that. This product is a good substitute for me.
