Makes a noticeable difference when I use this salt vs no salt or salt from other brands. It comes in a sturdy plastic bags with carry handles on both sides which I appreciate because it's heavy and lugging it around is easier that way. It dissolves as it should in the softener and doesn't leave any residue.

I like that the plastic bag arrives inside a fitted cardboard box, if keeps everything in its place. I just installed a water softener so this is my first order for salt. Im happy with my purchase, it was packaged great, I see no need to look elsewhere for salt. Morton has always been a quality product.

I placed the order on line, let Walmart know when I was headed to the store as well as when I arrived I told them which spot I was parked in. They delivered the 4 bags of water softener salt within 5 minutes and put it in my car. Great service. The 40 pound bags with handles are easier to pour into my softener than the 50 lb. bags without handles that I previously purchased at the plumbing supply store. I put two of the bags into my softener today.

Great quality and price! The salt is broken down into perfect small pellets, and I've been using this brand for my filtered water for a while now. The absolute best part is the home delivery. These bags are heavy, so not having to lug them into my car and into the house is a massive lifesaver.

i appreciate the convenience of shipping online and having it delivered. However, whomever delivered these bags of salt did not follow my instructions. They blocked my garage opening by slinging then on the ground outside my garage door, blocking the garage opening. i had asked that they be stacked just inside of the garage. i am an elder woman with disabilities and would not be able to relocate the bags once they were delivered. Instead, they just dropped them scattered about in my driveway, outside of my garage so that if it rained or I had to move my car in, or whatever, i would have a huge problem on my hands. Thankfully, i was able to get someone over to relocate them neatly out of the way where they would stay dry.

value and live that I can get it delivered within an hour wh n I forget to pick up. thankful for it keeping my new water softener clean and efficient and water is much better

The bags are not very durable. This delivery driver was careless and a lot of salt was left on the driveway due to an already torn area. She just drove away and did not clean up or notify me of the damage. I like the product and it works well for water softening.

The salt is fine however the delivery person put it on the bench. Where I have decorations and it was all Smashed why didn't she just see it on the porch floor?!?
