I placed the order on line, let Walmart know when I was headed to the store as well as when I arrived I told them which spot I was parked in. They delivered the 4 bags of water softener salt within 5 minutes and put it in my car. Great service. The 40 pound bags with handles are easier to pour into my softener than the 50 lb. bags without handles that I previously purchased at the plumbing supply store. I put two of the bags into my softener today.

Makes a noticeable difference when I use this salt vs no salt or salt from other brands. It comes in a sturdy plastic bags with carry handles on both sides which I appreciate because it's heavy and lugging it around is easier that way. It dissolves as it should in the softener and doesn't leave any residue.

I like that the plastic bag arrives inside a fitted cardboard box, if keeps everything in its place. I just installed a water softener so this is my first order for salt. Im happy with my purchase, it was packaged great, I see no need to look elsewhere for salt. Morton has always been a quality product.

Why go to the store to buy this, when Walmart delivers for FREE?! I buy 2 bags at a time %26 the delivery driver leaves on the porch. Way better than pushing a cart through the store and hauling these myself.

bags are heavy and check bags for holes prior to purchase to avoid a mess that will rust out the trunk of your car. Crystals desolve better in most softener equipment than do pellets.

Fed Ex delivered the water softener portion of my Walmart order, not Walmart. Fed Ex has ignored my delivery instructions TWICE. This last time Fed Ex just left the 4 boxes right next to the edge of my driveway a short distance (and visible) from the road. My "deliveries" shed was just a little bit farther up our driveway and is clearly described (in English and Spanish) in my Walmart delivery instructions. The other items in that particular Walmart order were delivered promptly and in my "Deliveries" shed.

I got extra items I didn't order. I called Walmart and told them. And they said I should keep them or donate as driver would not be coming back for them
