Very comfortable. But, you may want to order a size larget than you regularly wear. The pants run a bit small. My sister usually wears a large. I ordered her some for her physical therapy in a nursing home. The large was too tight around the waist. I had to reorder an extra large for her.

I've bought other pants like these, but ordered large because they're roomy. They're a little long for me, (5'4"), but after washing and drying, they fit over the ankle, and still roomy like I like them (155 lb). I bought more.
