Definite increase
I was so excited that these pills worked to give my supply a boost as much LC suggested. I saw an increase by day 2 alongside adding an overnight pump. I went from 2 oz combined to 3.5-4oz combined within the week. 10/10 recommend for mamas struggling with supply.

Seen small increase
Seems to have helped increase my supply. Did not change my pumping schedule, just added this supplement and think I probably got 3-4 more ounces per day. Not too much, but I'll take anything at this point. Just ordered my second bottle.
