Bought this here in Australia. Works a treat, I used 60mls in 8 litres of water. Looks like a bucket of milk. Don't expect suds or foaming. The key is to rinse it off straight away. If it does dry on and leave white streaks, just wash that area again. Cleaned my car perfectly.
This is my 2nd bottle of Ceramic wash& coat and it continues to amaze me on my 1993 Camaro Z28 with factory original paint.
I initially had buyer’s remorse after buying this because I saw low ratings online. Then I tried it on a small section (hood) of my truck & was shocked at how it made the paint pop…looked as if it had new clear coat. The next morning it rained & I couldn’t believe how well my hood beaded up / repelled the rain. I’ve never had a “car wash” perform anywhere near this good. Anyway, the wash is more milky than soap and doesn’t clean necessarily well…so I think that’s why so many bad reviews. That and folks need to use this exactly like the directions read: 1 oz per gallon, clean small sections at a time…etc.
It works good, But doesn't suds up well maybe better in foam cannon.
Tried it out, works very well. beads right up. Give this stuff a shot
Works great but you should wash your vehicle prior to using this product also when you use this product do it in the shade ( old school trick) and you won’t get a white shade also if you have water spots on paint before use you should cut buff them out and if you don’t know how to do it get someone that has the experience you don’t want to remove paint but as I said before this product is great
If you like soap bubbles to make you feel like you are "cleaning your car effectively," then this is not for you. But if you like an amazing result after washing car, then....you might need to consider it once. I have tried numerous soaps on my car, because I live in Florida, heat + excessive soap bubbles always leave a stain on my car, until I found this soap. I am constantly, "breaking necks" when I drive my car, so....this stuff works. Not sure if its because I currently have the Chemical Guys Ceramix Wax and Quick Detailer, so I also maintain my car with this soap, but definitely looking forward to switching to Mothers once my Chemical Guys supply runs out. Great product!
First time using this, followed the directions for mixing 4oz to 4 gallons of water. Don't expect suds. Washed my red firebird top to bottom. Ran her down the road about 3 miles, when I pulled back into the driveway she was dry and spot free. Kind of looks like a bucket of milk.
I truly wanted to like this ceramic based wash. I did not get the suds from the Hybrid Mothers Line with foam cannon, only bucket, so wanted to see if CMX would work better. The dark gray bottle is a nice size for price. The liquid is milky white and does not feel particularly slick to touch. It’s quite watery in viscosity. Found almost no suds at all, no lubrication by MF towel nor mitt, and after healthy wash off and flushing … found spotting on glass that was rather hard to rub off. Now I live in South Florida and heat can dry quickly so I chose to use a second time under heavy cloudy conditions. Same results and same spotting. If it’s on glass, it’s on paint too.
The only thing I don't like ,it's not foaming need to be soap
