Beat my expectations
This was my first time trying these pickles- I looked at the ingredients and was immediately intrigued! (I was looking for something to pair with rice.) It's even better than I had anticipated - tangy, oily, and little bit of heat

Exceeded expectations
First time trying these pickles and they'll be a staple from now on. I was looking for something to pair with rice and came across these pickles: tangy, oily, a bit of heat - Delicious!

spicy, yet good.
Indian pickles are made mostly with veggies in spices and oil, unlike some western pickles. It's mixed and so you will get pieces of mango, lime/lemon, green chillies & carrot. No ginger pieces. This goes well with some hot rice and lentils or with rotis / chapatti (Indian flat bread) etc.
