MOTHERS WAX 05550

Switched to Mother's after years of using Meguiars. Love the ease of use and last a long time.

Bought for my uncle who had an old tin of Mother's. It was part of the 3 step system. The polish is noticeable, the glaze makes the clear coat smoother. And the carnuaba provides a deep color that has beautiful light and brings up the gloss and the metallic flake color in his paint. It looks like a dark maroon in the shade, candy apple red with some light and dazzling sparkle in direct sun. The pure carnauba is easy to apply. Follow the directions.

This wax goes on easily and, for me, a bit of elbow grease to wipe it off. BUT in the end my car has a great shine. I am happy with it and will purchase another can of it when I've used this one up.

Best wax on the market hands down! It's tougher to remove but it lasts much longer than any other wax.

I like all the mothers products that I have purchased. The mothers California Gold Pure Brazilian Carnauba Wax puts a deep shine on all my vehicles.

I bought this wax at a yard sale, apparently someone found it to be too much work. I used Old English dark on my 35-year-old bedroom furniture; it mostly looked renewed except for the large flat back panel on the headboard. Ahhh, get out the Mothers! I cleaned off the oil and applied a coat of Mothers wax and buffed it out; it looked good. The next day I applied a second coat and it looked new! A little work but worth it, highly recommend.

THERE ARE A LOT OF WAXES OUT THERE . . . BUT NONE THAT CAN COMPARE TO MOTHERS CARNAUBA GOLD !

People complaining about this wax need to realize this is an old school pure carnauba wax. Not a cleaner wax. Not a hybrid with synthetic polymers and carriers. It's a brick of carnauba. Moisten your applicator, apply very thin, let haze and remove. One to two sections at a time. Don't do the entire car before buffing off or it will be hard to buff off. Don't buff off before it has hazed or it will leave a “film” like appearance. Is it “easy” to work with? Not really. But if you do it RIGHT the gloss and shine are a reminder of why carnauba wax is the standard

Bought a can of Mother's California Gold Car Wax and it seems like zigs very old. Wax crumbles and wax itself is not very moist at all. I used it on the car and it is very hard to buff off.
