when you opened it up the instructions were all in Spanish there was nothing in English. it would not connect to my SIM card. from my provider so it evidently it's not unlocked.

This phone is a 2020 and basically obsolete. Android 10 can't be updated phone calls are distorted very slow charing and only partially compatible with any service providers.

the phone worked good but every carrier we tried Boost Mobile and Consumer Cellular would not work it's not an unlocked phone do not buy
