Is waterproof, however ripped in less than a week. This thing is paper thin and snags on everything on my bike when putting it on and taking it off. There's little fabric strings falling off. The plastic ring fell off on the first use. However it is $20 and it is waterproof where it doesn't have holes.
The material is extremely thin. the tie holes are not metal they are plastic. The only place that has stitching is the bottom front and it may as well not even be there so, no there is no elastic there. also no buckle strap as shown just two pieces of material about an inch wide to tie together. Definitely returning this. DO NOT BUY.
First the delivery was almost a whole week late. On only the second time of me using the cover on my motorcycle the plastic ring on the front just fell off, the way it's made the cheap plastic ring cannot be put back on, So now my brand new cover has a hole in the front!
The lock holes are NOT aluminium, they are made of plastic like a shower curtain ring type. And it's NOT canvas, it's thin nylon Will be returning for refund
Item was too big. I'm not good material not good for motorcycle.
