Item arrived on time, without any damage. Software installation and app transfer from Samsung was easy.

The phone is an upgrade to my old phone (Motorola One 5G Ace) and my current Motorola G 5G. It's locked to T-Mobile bands, so choose wisely, it's irrelevant to me as I am a T-Mobile customer. The SIM switch worked perfectly, no complications and I was good to go using my data plan. 12 Gigs of RAM is true and the most I've ever seen used is around 7.2 Gigs, so even a phone with 8 Gigs is fine, the processor is what counts. The processor in this phone is phenomenal, coming from my prior 2 phones, for it's price. I wait less for apps to open, in comparison to my previous phones, battery life is great as a plus due to the Snapdragon 6s Gen 3.

Great improvements over earlier models. Fast operating with plenty of storage and ram. Color and clarity are outstanding. Thin design without loss of quality is nice. Also comes with a free protective jacket. Comes loaded with useless unwanted apps that take up space and have to be individually deleted. Spell check, grammar prompts are POOR! All contemporary cell phones are lacking in this area as opposed to earlier models of all brands. The foreign manufacturers apparently do not use competent people with English proficiency either out of contempt or incompetence. Overall I would rate this cell phone the best option in it's price range in spite of the he short comings mentioned.

Nice light wight phone but packed with strong configurations. Good price after the discount. Very pleased with the fast free one day delivery. Order a Green/gold color, might need sometime to get use to the color. The cover that comes with it is clear and kind of cheap, good for temperay protection. No adaptor.

Picture quality is amazing.

This was a beautiful phone however even though it is an international unlocked phone it was incompatible and therefore useless with my Freedom mobile service provider in B.C.. sadly had to return it .

well unfortunately it's advertised as unlocked phone but it wouldn't even it wasn't compatible with consumer Cellular and I had made sure when I researched it that it was but I took two days to try and hook it up and I had to return it cuz it didn't it wasn't compatible in a lot

The phone itself is absolutely beautiful BUT it said it was an unlocked phone. it is NOT an unlocked phone, it is very LOCKED to T-Mobile. I don't and I won't use T-Mobile. This is the 2nd phone I have received locked and unable to use. it's absolutely ridiculous!!! If T-Mobile won't unlock this phone for me to use, it will be Walmarts problem and up to them to make it right because I'm not switching carriers and I'm not buying one of their cheap phones they have inside the store because they're garbage. Hopefully the third party seller gets held accountable them and Walmart do the right thing.

I bought this phone specifically because it was advertised as a dual SIM device, but when it arrived, I found out it's actually a single SIM phone. This was extremely disappointing and it's false advertising. I needed the dual SIM feature for work and travel, and now I'm stuck with a phone that doesn't meet my needs. Very unhappy with this purchase.
