This has been a wonderful addition to my car . Its an older car so it didnt come equipped with a hands free device and this is absolutely perfect! Works as described and is clearer than my actual phone ! Great purchase and highly recommended!!

We’ve used two of these for over five years. The one that is used the most, has finally died. They both work perfectly. I’m ordering another one, because they work so well.

Actually works! Be nicer if volume was better but it does ok.

Not too impressed. It arrived in a zip lock bag with no instructions. Went to the Motorola site and got downloaded the manual. Had some trouble setting it up because the instructions in the manual and the way the unit worked are not the same. The voice prompts and steps to set up do not match. I get none of the voice prompts listed but do get ones not listed Once hooked up it works, sort of. The reception form my phone to the until is sketchy at best. The charger does not match the one shown for the unit

The product is not user friendly. Many times, I get a call and I found myself struggling to connect or switch to bluetooth mode. It's not safe while driving in the car. I tried to contact the seller but they were not at all helpful. I tried to escalate to walmart service but they redirected me to the 3rd party seller only. Basically I wasted my money on this one. Beware before you choose to buy this bluetooth or from this seller.
