The Moto g stylus 5G 2022 is fast and smooth. The display is clear and bright. The battery life is good. The stylus is very handy and convenient. The camera is very good. I really like the Motorola brand phones and this one doesn't disappoint.
Love it!! Easy to use great for business with the pen thank you
5 Star phone, except when I'm on the phone, the main menu buttons go invisible! Makes it more difficult to bring up my Calendar while on the Phone. Otherwise, no dropped calls where I live in rural SW Oregon. Stronger reception than other manufacturers. Not much Motorola added on apps, so easier to navigate through apps than a Samsung.
Would be 5 stars if the volume buttons would control the camera zoom. Couldn't believe this feature is missing. Using the on-screen zoom slider while shooting active wildlife is about impossible. Other than that, it has been a great phone.
Battery only last a day. My family member has a Samsung a53 and can not get data without putting their phone by the front door can't get lte only 5g and 5g is hard to get by us. On this phone I get 5g and if 5g doesn't work I get lte. I live out in the rural area and our closest tower is over 4 miles away so I love this phone for that reason. The camera is ok, but I didn't get it for the camera features.
It is taking me awhile to get used to this phone. Sometimes it seems slow to follow commands. Some of the functions are not intuitive, but that could be because I had had my last phone for over 3 years.
EXTREMELY slow, right out of the box. It takes about 10 seconds to wake up, after it's been sitting for a bit. Stylus tip is already wearing out. I haven't put much on it yet, because it's so slow. Beautiful pictures though. Music sounds really good. It seems to update a lot. I'd rate it 10 stars over any Samsung though. MY favorite feature is call screening. I enjoy that a bit too much probably! LOL! Phone is a good phone, just slow.
The claim that this phone has a 2-3 day battery is a joke. The only way this phone could last that long is if you didn't do anything with it all day. If it lasts more than12 hours I'm lucky.
I had to go into the files and get rid of some of the bloatware it was causing the phone to crash and glitch
I had a note 10+ before this. It was outdated, but it was somehow better than this phone. The features are meh, they feel too iPhone-y to me. The way it runs the OS is pathetic everything has a slight pause. The swipe feature is probably the worst thing about it as far as features go. The screen doesn't always respond to my touch. The "preview mode" for the lock screen is garbage. Literally anything will set off your screen. Reminders never stop and it's annoying af. Default sounds kinda suck too. The constant vibration for reminders and haptic feedback and everything..... Just don't. Stop it. I've kept my phone silent since I got it because don't like the alerts at all. The flashlight shake feature is cool. I'll give you that. But your camera features and overall camera performance are both sub par. Again older phone was better with photos and it was pretty much outdated! I get bare bones idea, but does it have to run so slow? I'm likely going to pay the balance off on this phone just so I can get another one. I'm pretty unhappy with it. Thought it'd be a smart move and save money but I see why it's the price it is.
