Some ppl said this thing is fast well there not lying this thing is super fast and fun. Who ever wrote the bad review must be talking about another scooter. I lost my license a long time ago and they want way to muchj money to get them back so I needed this thing bad. I have an ebike this thing even blows it away. I totally recommend for teens and adults, this thing has two speeds fast and ultra sonic! Not recommended for kids 10 and under. much to fast in high speed mode.

I use my Chaos scooter as a golf cart. Charge lasts more than two 18 hole rounds. Can go anywhere on the course, even up some 15% grade hills with 220 lb. golfer Just strap my pull cart to seat post with $6 buckle strap from Amazon. Highly recommended

its faster then my UberScoot 1600w. So far i like it in fact I ❤ it. i use it to go to work everyday to to have peace of mind. The only thing i hate is the battery 60v 15ah lithium i nedd a 60v 20 or 25ah because when you at top speed the bike speed forward a second then drop back a second like there is a Speed limiter on it wish i knew how to take it off but other then that it's a good investment for me to get to work on time and have fun riding at the same time.

this scooter is very powerful you got to be careful when you give power through the throttle handle you have to go slow this thing is very fast

I had some problems with a scooter that I ordered from this site, when I received the unit it did not work.. at all. Extremely long story short, Big Toys U.S.A did everything they could to get the scooter serviced, however my local tech was not able to remedy the situation. After mailing the unit back to Big Toys U.S.A , they sent a replacement scooter immediately. the new scooter works well, I came out of this a happy customer.

Just received about a week ago. Early Christmas present for our 13 year old son. He is 5'8 145lbs. He loves it. Lots of speed, great handling. He wears a helmet for safety. A few things I wish it had for the high price point......a quick release seat pin so that you could lift the scooter by the seat. The way it is made, if you lift the scooter by the seat, it will pull the seat off. Also, it was missing the charging port cover. When we inquired about it, we were told they stopped putting them on because they always just broke off anymore. We live where it's colder now. Looking forward to learning more about it when he can fully use it in the spring/summer/fall seasons.

Throttle Control seems very Schizy, other than that Scooter is Great! Hard to get Gradual Accleration. Always Jerks Full-Speed on Accleration. Touchy!!

The quality of the product is very bad, and ordering the parts and fixing it is very complicated.

The product is junk. Maximum speed is not what they say. The product has broke down on me twice and I have tried to contact the company about a warranty. They will not return my emails. I would not recommend
