I mix this, lately, with lemon juice and then with filtered water, every other day, to promote the shrinking of my skin... I'm on a ketosis diet, and also I have a teaspoon of coconut oil on an empty stomach. the lime is a bit bitter.

NEVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE - TOTAL RIPOFF
I thought I was buying a large version of this item. It is TINY and they charged me double for what a larger one would be
