The 32I have been very good for my bear, deer and moose scouting, keeping a look out when I'm not there. Trigger is generally fast enough for most critters, however the nighttime pictures are not always very sharp. Overall good little cams!
So far so good. I've only had time to review pictures once. I did notice the range is shorter than on the full size cameras.
Having run Moultrie cameras as part of my nuisance wildlife business I know what it is to ask a lot from your camera. The new mini series is extremely user friendly. I look forward to 3-8 years of service as I've gotten from most of my Moultrie cams.
I have one micro camera already and so far so good but I do have 10 3 year old moultrie camera which are starting to give me headaches they won't reset so I can use them models mcg-14007 I'm hoping these micro cameras don't go the same way
Shipping was fast, the cameras arrived still packaged. For the quality of product, I believe the price should be lowered. The battery that came with the camera died in one day.
The pictures are great . After putting the cameras out , the day time pictures were great . On night pictures , they were not good at all . I called and the customer service lady sent emailed me instructions to do a hard reset . I did this and it seemed to fix the issue .
Put them out in August and by January both had water dripping out the aux battery port and ruined
The picture quality is very poor when you zoom in it is pixelated
I was able to get my old Moultrie camera to work so I placed each at right angles to each other, taking pictures of the same objects in order to compare. The old camera shows numerous pictures where the new one may show one or two shots of the same object the old camera shows OR NOTHING. This makes it VERY UNRELIABLE. Both cameras are 8 to 10 paces from the desired place of interest...far less than the maximum distance of 70 feet described in the literature. In fact, items much farther away show up very well in either camera.
Here is my next question Why am I being penalized because you sold me a crappy product???? Why Am I being penalized because YOU sold me a crappy product??? It is the middle of PEAK deer season and the RUT IS WIDE OPEN. I have WASTED THE LAST 3-4 weeks on a piece of crap product YET you want me to wait 2-4 weeks for my refund on your defective camera. I do not understand this. Things are tight and I don't have the cash to PURCHASE CAMERAS TWICE while waiting on you to refund me. It is all about integrity, mine & yours. Mine because I have the integrity do what I say and return your product ASAP. YOURs because you shouldn't put your customers in a bad spot by making me do without cameras. Who issue is this. Yours.... so do what is right and give me a immediate REFUND TODAY Of course my request did no good. All this after another 1 Star review for their 32i Which it seems they have yet to post. May not buy from these people after treatment by RA department. Lesson: customer service extends to all departments
