Just what I had been looking for my kitchen TV.
Just what I have been wanting for under my kitchen cabinets. Sturdy. The former one would always look crooked when turned. Always needing adjustment.

Does not stay folded up
I installed the mount. The first time I folded it up it worked fine. The second time, it wouldn't stay up. I tightened the tension screw as much as possible, it still would not stay. Uninstalled the bracket and tossed it.
