Mount-It! Wall Mounted Drop Leaf Table / Workbench

I got this because I live in a smaller townhouse with two toddler boys. It is as described. The table flips down with ease and my kids love it!

Perfect for my laundry room! I love the ease of putting it up and then back down in between folding sessions. The size is also perfect. overall its very well made and worth it if you need a sold wall mount folding table

I ordered this to help give myself a workspace here at home during this pandemic that would not take up a lot of space. The fact that this folds down is perfect! So glad I came across this company!

The shelf looks and works great. The wall anchors did not hold and I replaced them with more effective anchors.

The metal connectors for the three boards end 24 inches apart -- the exact distance of internal wall studs. The wall support brackets cannot be placed next to the supports because the connectors block the mechanism from full folding (There is no warning of this problem in the directions.) Moving the wall supports over for clearance means that one side will be beyond the stud and drywall anchors, reducing the weight the table can safely support, are needed. The wall support does not disassemble to allow easy attachment to the wall. This makes installation much more difficult than it needs be. It works well and looks good when completed. Manufacturer needs to reduce end-spacing in the connectors (shorter board-connectors) , warn of spacing requirements, and allow the wall support brackets to be screwed to the wall without rest of the table attached.
