Kickstart is the best for several reasons. It has half as much sugar as most energy drinks without just replacing it with artificial sweeteners that aren't any better for you. A whole can has 80 calories, which again is half as much as most energy drinks so you're not as likely to crash. Caffeine-wise it is the same as a mountain Dew, which is plenty without overdoing it. It's a perfect happy medium.
