taste is good, easy to out in water it other drinks and gave a nice boost to my supply.
If you need help keeping up your milk supply, this stuff works! I noticed a HUGE difference when taking it. I upped my dosage and did have to take it 3 times a day. It was noticeable if I missed a dosage. Greeeeeeaaat product!!
