Fast service, great item and price. Locate the studs and install vertically with screws provided. Just have to attach TV holder and fit to your brand as indicated. My Samsung 32" was perfect. You can't use a TV heavier than a 42" I believe and the arm when it swings out, TV attached, will not be perpendicular to wall. Larger the TV less angle.

Installation was easy - especially because my TV was the 100 x 100 which means I didn't need to add any of the extenders. I really love that you can adjust the TV from side to side and out from the wall. It is great. BTW - my TV is a 40 inch and only weighs 10 pounds.

The delivery was quick and it was neatly packaged. The two lag screws are enormous! I laughed because I think they would support 100 pounds. The only thing that was difficult was attaching the TV (with mounting face plate) to the swivel arm of the wall bracket. There are two small screws that you have to remove from the swivel arm. You have to steady the TV with one hand (if you do not have an install partner) while you restart the screws in the holes. Luckily I was attaching a 32" TV that only weighs 7 pounds so it was do-able. For other situations such as heavier or larger TV or someone who is not ambidextruous it will be an issue. On the plus side, the range of the bracket is great.

This has proven to be an ideal mounting bracket for my great room. If we are playing a game or eating in the breakfast nook we can extend the arm and pivot the tv to the face the table. There's no worries about the weight of the tv being too much for the arm to hold. It's sturdy and easy to use to change the position of the tv. I'm very happy with this choice. Just make sure to mount the bracket into the wall studs.

This product was at an unbelievable price point for the quality it is. It was super easy to install and works great. Definitely 5 stars and would recommend to anyone.

The instructions were easy to understand , and the assembly to the back of the TV gave you options. only had to find one stud, it fit perfectly under my cabinets and able to hook up a soundbar right under My TV and still have room to spare.

This was a great value for my money. I installed it by myself, but I did need a second ladder to help hold it up as high as I needed while I put it in the brackets. There are some little washers that that go between the brackets. It was very hard to hold these in place, insert the bolt and hold the TV by myself. This is a great value for the money. It looks good. It does tip down and I can't figure out where to tighten to keep the tilt at the correct angle.

This is a decent TV mount, especially for the price. However, this was an absolute HEADACHE to install. Instead of using heavy duty screws that you can use a drill to screw into the wall, you are provided with screws with bolt ends that you need a socket wrench for! It was just incredibly annoying trying to maneuver the tools to get the bolts into the wall when it would have been so much simpler and faster to use a drill with screws! So, I would only recommend this product if you purchased some long, heavy duty screws to use with it and trash those dang bolts they supply.

The box is missing bolts M4, M5 and M6. Also there was no Allen wrench. Please ship these to me asap as I would like to keep this unit and not have to return it. Thank you Steve Wipprecht
