The 80 coated tablets are easy to swallow with no off putting smell or taste. Compared to some other supplements there are not many ingredients which is a positive thing. The tablet is designed to address mobility, comfort, strength, flexibility and bone which is a step up from most similar products. You can take one tablet twice a day or two tablets once a day with meals. I am looking forward to adding this to my supplement regimen.

GREAT product . I started using this when my right shoulder hurt badly when lifting my arm . I doubled dosage 2 am 2 pm & in 6 or so months all pain went away. I have been using regularly for about 8 yrs now & still no pain

I have taken Move Free for many years. I started after feeling pains in my knees from squatting / bending during car repair work and the like. In conjunction with elliptical machine exercise, the pains diminished. I believe that this supplement provided more benefit than just exercise alone.
