Move Free Advanced Plus MSM, 120 tablets

At 62, I still play in an adult men's lacrosse league. This isn't some old guy fee good program, this is 33 and up, full field, full contact lacrosse. The same game I been playing from the age of 14. With constant use, í have noticed greater comfort when moving during my daily activities. They also include glucosamine and MSM. The 120 tablet pack offers a good quantity and excellente vaule for money. A medicinal scent that can be a bit intense when opening.

I have been using this supplement for a week now and already can feel an improvement in my joints! The pill size is perfect, not too big, and easy to swallow. I take two in the morning with breakfast and one in the evening to spread out the dosage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a pricy pill to swallow but if it works then I'm down! I've been taking it for about 3 weeks now. I obviously wanted to wait to see how or if it effected me before leaving a review. I have really bad knees, and I haven't seen a whole lot of improvement however!! I worked a double today, as a server which I haven't done in months because I can barely walk at the end of my 14 hour shift, with bad knees and a bad back. Tonight though, I feel better than I've felt on a double in years! I think that says a lot. I'm pretty sure I'll keep taking these and I bet I can find some deals on it. The pills are kinda large but easy enough to swallow. I take three at bed time. They also have a few types to choose from so I may branch out next time. I say it's worth a shot. So far, no negative side effects either.

My mom swears by this stuff. Have been giving it a shot. So far so good. I feel like you have to take long term but I do feel like some of the aches and pains have diminished. I'm going to keep going...
