Move Free is the best supplement on the market and I have tried alternates and always come back to this supplement. Your bones will thank you and not hurt as much instead of using pain pills. It does take a little time to build up the lubrication but it's well worth in the long run. 120 coated tablets will last you a while. I think you have to take these long term to see any real results but I think it's a great idea just for "insurance" for your joints, especially if they're already starting to deteriorate. Very easy to swallow as well.

After my mother takes it for a few days, she said she can feel a little improvement on moving she shoulder. She used to have pain when moving her shoulder, but the pain is released a little. I wish her pain will be released further after keep taking it.
