At 62, I still play in an adult men's lacrosse league. This isn't some old guy fee good program, this is 33 and up, full field, full contact lacrosse. The same game I been playing from the age of 14. It contains 120 pills and you take 3/daily, you can take all 3 at once with meal or take 1 three times a day with meals. The pills have no taste and easy to take. I didn't notice any change in my digestion so it was safe for my stomach. I run and so the health of my joints is really important. I didn't have any pain or uncomfortable feeling prior to taking this supplement so it's hard to measure the real impact on my joints ans as far as I know, it's recommend to take such supplements for at least 3 months. Overall, I'd keep taking this supplement longer and planning to buy another jar.

You can take three pills at one time or spread them out at three intervals during the day. There are a lot of good ingredients in them that are good for you. The pills are not small, but not too large to take easily. I have been taking them for almost a month and have not noticed any big changes in my movements.
