This item does not work
I received this item and it does not work. I went through the little manual that was sent with it, but nothing works. I have not called customer support yet, so I don't know if they can help or not. It was not an expensive item, but I did expect for it to work.

mine don't work either and the tech support hotline is no longer in service imma try to return it to Walmart but we'll see if they take it

Terrible Product!
This Coby MP3 Player, it a piece of junk. It does not charge or turn on. I was so frustrated with it that I threw it in the trash. Please don't purchase this item ever, and the delivery date was late as well. The worst item I hae every ordered from Ginny's!

Disappointed
This was a lemon after trying two days straight this device would not charge and only turned on when plugged in to charge but would not charge. This was a Christmas gift and I feel bad that it would not work.
