It met my expectations. Excellent product, fast and the final product is super good. I definitely recommend it

I love the convenience of this machine. I drink 2 cups a day, and I have to replace the machine about every two years. Durability would be my only negative experience. But the ease of the machine and the relative low cost keeps me coming back.

Be aware that they send used items , I did receive mine already used on very bad shape and bad smell even had roaches in it. I did sent it back here I'm 2 weeks later waiting on refund to be made on to my account , very disappointed

So sad how I waited for this in order to resume making espresso at home. When it arrived, very well-packed, it looked like things would go well. SADLY, there's "no one home" in the Quality Assurance department at this factory!!! CLEARLY, NO NE TESTED THIS DEVICE BEFORE SENDING IT OUT - NOT EVEN TO CHECK WHETHER THE PARTS FIT TOGETHER PROPERLY!!! The portafilter did not fit into the housing without wrapping my body around the ENTIRE machine (it was cold - I never used it), putting my shoulder into it, my chest against the entire machine, using my biceps

Came used looks cheap milk frother has cheap plastic parts the knob when turning is not smooth cheaply made machine.
