Mr. Coffee Easy Maker Authentic Espresso Machine w/ Auto Tamp Technology, Black

I've had my machine for a few months and I love it. I would think that anyone having problems with this machine may have a defective unit, or simply isn't using it correctly. My machine functions perfectly and makes an outstanding espresso. I an espresso roast whole bean and grind my own for each cup. Two things I recommend is, buy a quality espresso roast (Coffee AM, on line retailer) and if grinding your own beans, purchase a quality grinder that is recommended for espresso grind. It's important to read the directions as this is not a regular coffee maker. Enjoy.

Got this product as a gift and completely replaced my Keurig. It takes a couple minutes to make but taste so much better and legit taste like I'm drinking something from an actual coffee shop. Highly recommend this product. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

We have no idea what we liked or disliked about this machine because it didn't work when we received it. The water POURED out the BOTTOM of the machine instead of coming through to make espresso as it should have. We had to return it to the local Wal Mart for a refund and had to buy what they had in stock because my husband could not go another week or so without a way to make espresso.

Is very bad , I try to use my coffe maker and when I take out the box the water dispenser is broken and I call and nobody answer . Is bad election for me

I can't use the steamer due to the chemical taste. I have tried everything...running water and vinegar through multiple times. The coffee does not taste right either

I received this machine this weekend as a gift in replacement of my ECMP 50 which I loved . This new machine has a 19 bar pump which I thought would've been even better for my Crema experience but instead it produces nothing but foam in the cup from the initial pour right up to the top and then as the foam dissipates the coffee comes up which I've never seen before in my life!!! This machine is an insult to the Italian espresso experience please do everything in your power to avoid the purchase of this you will have nothing but Regrets. As I do!!!!

This coffee maker was a gift from my mother , and unfortunately it does function properly ; the water does not heat and the steamer is defected !!
