I like the fact that this warmer stays on until I turn it off. Many other models turn off after four hours and your coffee goes cold. This is the second one I have purchased.

I dont know why I waited so long to purchase these. I bought two of them and we just love the way it keeps our coffee warm. The only problem I have found is the black plate on the warmer chipped off pretty quickly. But I do like my nice warm cup of coffee. Five stars and I will purchase them again.

This is my first time using a coffee warmer and the only thing I don't like is it doesn't keep it as warm as I'd like. I have to put a cover on my cup so it will be hot enough. It's fine after that. It is painted black and where the cup sits and it gets scratched up. So all and all l would still recommend this product.

I had a Mr Coffee cup warmer many years when I was working. Now I am enjoying it again. My old one did not have an on/off switch which was convenient because when you placed your cup on it, it would turn on. I guess having an on/off switch is a safety feature, but you do have to remember to turn it off. I find the temperature it keeps your coffee at, is perfect for me. I don't have to keep microwaving it. I also bought one as a gift and they love it,

Average product with excessive packaging. Loads of plastic that does not recycle. Get with it Walmart! Get modern packaging! You are behind the times.

After the first day of use the black paint on the heating plate came off.
