Mr. Heater 125,000 BTU Portable Radiant Kerosene Heater

Very nice heater quite puts out a lot of heat! Works great in big shop no smell of Deisol fuel or kerosene! I would recommend this heater to anyone that's been using a space heater in the past!

I purchased this as a size upgrade. Far as I know Mr. Heater Radiant forced air oil heater is the only one with the thermostat. All the others I looked at were not compatible with a thermostat because of the cool down process etc.... It works flawlessly and quieter than most with nearly zero fumes. Heats a 16x32 barn in under 5 minutes. Hope Mr. Heater brand gets a little better at supporting these units with parts in the future.

Picked it up on Thursday and assembled, which was very easy and only took a short time. Checked to make sure no condensation in fuel tank and then added #2 diesel fuel. It started immediately and works great. Produces lots of heat with noise level low enough that one can speak at a normal voice level. My garage is not insulated, 625 sq.ft., 10-1/2 ft. ceiling and is open to a full walk up full height attic, essentially a 2nd level for a total of 1250 sq.ft.. Starting at 37 degrees it took less than 15 minutes to raise the temperature to 45 degrees. And the area in front of the heater was substantially warmer, to the point that I needed to open my jacket I was so hot. Have used it twice since then and it started immediately. I love this heater. The built in thermostat is a real plus and it is sturdy and appears very well built. It is not cheap but if you want a heater that can heat up your space rapidly with little smell or fumes and is quiet, you should buy this product. And the parent company of Mr. Heater has another more expensive radiant heater of this size sold under a different brand intended for industrial use, which means they have experience with this technology and we are not their learning curve. Definitely provided me with the confidence to make this purchase.

Works great. I filled it with 2 gallons %232 diesel, plugged it and it fired right up. VERY HOT. It's a bit big for my 2 car workshop. I needs about 8 feet clearance in front. I melted a plastic trash can 3 feet off to the side of the front. I like the thermostat, but remember to turn it off when you leave.

Bought and assembled it very easy. Filled half tank of kerosene. Plugged it in turned on fired right up. within 2 minutes eyes watering could barely breath in garage with doors open. shut it down to move out side would not restart came back with E6 error photo cell. Tried it the next day fired up outside for a half hour fumes still so strong could not stand near it. Next time I tried to use it E6 error. Done returned it
