Mr. Pen- Pencil Case, 2 Pack, Boho Theme, Bible Pencil Pouch, Floral Pencil Bag, Pen Case

I specifically ordered these cotton-canvas pencil pouches, to use for storing and protecting 2 small leather journals (which I also got from Walmart.com). Dyed leather products should always be stored away from other porous items (including those also made of leather), which they could leach color and oils onto, if there is contact. One of my larger leather journals, came with its own woven drawstring pouch, but the rest didn't (I've ordered several). I prefer cloth for storing my leather journals (especially cotton), because it breathes (which is good for the leather, and prevents mold/mildew). Been on the hunt for fabric drawstring bags and zippered pouches, to fit each of the various sizes I own! This 2-pack of canvas pencil pouches was PERFECT, for holding my 2 little journals (one journal is 4 x 5 inches, the other is 5 x 7)...they even leave a bit of extra room, for when I fill the journals with ephemera (the pouches measure 6 1/2 x 8 1/2 inches). The LOW price of this 2-piece set, costs what only ONE pencil pouch usually does (around 6 dollars!!). It's a GREAT bargain, for those looking to purchase these in multiples, for 'back-to-school' (as well as for artists/writers, who just need a place to keep their ever-growing pen and pencil collection...I'm an artist/writer, so I know!). Can also be used as makeup/toiletry travel bags, or as goody-bags, for party guests--MANY options. Each pouch has a different pattern/design (printed on both sides), in a cute, colorful BOHO style. This makes it easy for me to tell them apart, so I can quickly grab the journal I'm looking for. (If you give these to 2 siblings, for home or school use, they can identify which one is theirs.) I highly-recommend this set of pencil pouches, for the quality of craftsmanship, and the good price (sewing and material is decent, and they have smooth plastic zippers; but, I wouldn't say they were sturdy/thick enough, for heavy usage ). I've bought other products from the Mr. Pen brand, and they have also been well-priced, and well-made (you even get a COOL mustache sticker and Thank You card, included inside each package, from them!). Don't know if these canvas pouches are washable (maybe gently, by hand, with mild soap?), because they WILL eventually get dirty. Also...assuming they are made of cotton (and not polyester), they might shrink slightly, if washed in warm water. NOTE: You can decorate these pouches with fun pins/zipper-pulls/keychains/patches, acrylic markers, fabric paints, and glitter glue--to personalize, and make them EXTRA-special!!
