MR20GA Voice Magic Remote Control with Pointer Function For LG AN-MR20GA/For AN-MR19BA

My LG remote which was part of my original purchase broke. Walmart was the best place to find a replacement, it's identical to the original equipment, it was easy to find, it was half the price of the same item on eBay, and it took less than one minute to pair and start working. What's not to like? I couldn't be more pleased than this purchase at Walmart

This remote is one of the best items I have purchased! It is so convenient, no more pushing on each letter for a title or name ,we all know how frustrating that was sometimes, all i do is speak the title or name and it finds it for you!!!!!!! The pointer is also a real good use ,no more clicking up ,down, left ,right ,just point what you want to view!! All in All I MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS REMOTE, IF YOU HAVEN'T BOUGHT ,OR JUST HAVE IT SITTING IN YOUR CART , GO AHEAD AND MAKE THAT PURCHASE ! YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT , I PROMISE!!!!!

Our remote started getting slower after four years, we changed the batteries and that helped short term, but after about a week, it was slow again to change channels and even the volume. We purchased this been online through Wal-Mart for much less than expected, under $20 , and that fixed the problem. The shipment was very fast, we installed new batteries and had the new magic remote control paired with our TV and now it's back to lightning fast channel changing and volume control. A great deal on highly recommend if you're having trouble with your remote. A

I bought a similar model on Amazon and the center button and scroller failed within a week. This providers remote feels firmer. My O.E.M. remote lasted 6 years. We'll see how long this will last but it is far superior to Amazon's for around the same price.

You have to play around with the remote until you get the correct channel or trying to turn off the TV. The power button at times, doesn't want to turn off. LG makes great products, but they could make improvements with the remote controller.

Defective. The “Magic arrow” feature which is essential to the function of the remote and indispensable to the control of your LG television does not appear or work at all despite following the instructions. The item appears to be a knock off as it is not involved with the LG logo, like the original magic remote that came with my television. I will be returning it to Walmart for a refund.

they edited my review when I put it in my own words so I'm just going to say this was the worst item I've ever seen fortunately Walmart was accountable and took care of it quickly with a refund.
