It was not what I expected (my fault), so I returned the item to my local Walmart. I followed the online process, got my barcode and returned it to the Camden De Walmart on Sunday March 8. I was told it would probably take 5 business days. I waited, no refund. I went to Customer Service, and they said the order was cancelled, , and to call 1-800 Walmart. The AI who answered (you can't talk to a real person) said the order was not cancelled, they were just waiting for the item to arrive at the warehouse. I no longer have the item, but I'm still out the 189.99. I'm going work with the credit card co. next. Needless to say I'm not using Walmart online again.
