Since I had an Mr. Cool mini split I didn't know they sold window units which was great as a backup to my 24000 that we installed a few years ago. Quiet and it is energy efficient. We bought two and they worked great. Love the fact I can control when away from home via app. ❤️ Our Mr. Cool !!

This is a good high quality unit! This is a good next gen AC! This AC wants to run efficient so it will not be as cold as the older AC designs while running! However you can still make it cold by using the WiFi and app on your phone! I'll absolutely come to buy this again!!!

So far I'm impressed! Didn't have too many units to choose from that could keep our ground-floor window secure. Was concerned because it wasn't a familiar name brand, but it turned out to cool faster, using less energy than its competitors. I would definitely recommend

I had worried that at my age of 66 I might not be able to install it by myself. I was wrong thankfully. It was an easy install doing it by the instructions step-by-step. My workshop is a shell only with no ceiling, and this unit cools it down within five minutes and keeps the air temperature well regulated. It is kind of noisy, but for my needs in the shop that doesn't matter.. Very happy with this purchase!

I bought one to try it out and liked it so much that I about a second. Our old window unit was noisy and we have to turn it off while watching television, only to turn it back on when the room got too hot. With this U-shaped window unit, you can have the best of both worlds by keeping the AC on all the time. It has a sleep button to save energy overnight while automatically coming back online in the morning the bracket was easy to install and adjust to make level. It feels very secure and keeps our living room cool.

Love this Air Conditioner. It's a little complicated to install, but once it's in it's fantastic. You can still open the window with the unit in place. It really is extremely quiet in comparison to any other in window unit I've ever owned. It's also priced lower than far inferior units.

I hate noise, especially when trying to sleep. My husband is tired of me going through air conditioners on a regular basis. This is a little annoying to install, watch youtube video, but it is super quiet with occasional low noise that I really do even notice. Very nice quietly.

As I write this review! Worked all summer in quiet peace! Speeds up and slows down quietly and slowly! You would hardly know it was in the room! Install was a snap! Looks good in the window! This Air Conditioner gives you the ability to open and close the window it is installed in! Fantastic! Exactly as advertised! Great product! Very happy!!!

It is a very heavy unit but I loved that it came with a stand. The unit is very quite and quickly cools the room. The stand was not as easy to installed but I lived in a very old building with odd windows. The foam to cover the corners also was not easy to fit or used but once installed, they worked great. The design is fantastic for a high rise building like mine since the window secures the unit. Highly recommend the product.

We love this little AC unit. I like the fact I can control everything while we are away and monitor the system. Very user friendly. Very quite. Very energy efficient as well. We've shown family and friends how easy it is to install and maintain. Highly recommend.
