MRCOOL 9,000 BTU Split System
I bought the MRCOOL 9,000 Split System online from Walmart and received it within a week. I contacted a local AC company to install it. Professional installation was completed approximately three hours after their arrival. Technicians were impressed with the unit and the ease of installation. The total investment in the system was $1,200. This includes the unit, accessories, installation, and extended warranty.

Noisy
The outside unit makes more noise than other units that I have. But other than that it's a great unit

Mr. Cool mini-split.
The unit was all it was touted to be, only I thought it would be a DIY, pre-charged feeder lines and it was not. So I had to invest another $100 in a vacuum pump and HVAC guages and search up the appropriate Youtube videos. But, so far, everything is working out.

Not having the greatest time with product
Doesn't stay heating and constantly goes onto defrost mode, tried to use my warranty and it was hard to navigate to solve the issue.. I believe I had a faulty charged line and would be a simple fix for the replacement part

I bought one unit but you charged me for two!! Called you and the office said they would refund the money BUT DID NOT!! so want my money back ASAP!!!😞

Not a charged unit, which is the ONLY reason someone would buy a Mr. cool
Voomi has been bad. Didn't get multiple things. Their description sucks. This unit came not charged. Being a fully charged system is the ONLY reason someone would buy a Mr. cool. I'm not sure who is at fault here because Voomi is so slow at resolving anything. I buy multiple units a year, this was the first and last time using Voomi. very disappointed!!

Only a one star because it didn't go lower
I love Mr cool units. But this one was not right. They sent me a better outside unit (21 seer) but sent me the inside unit for a different model. I have to spend 1100 putting in the unit last minute because I was going out of town and could get anyone to answer my questions.
