Great buy!
We bought this unit for our new laundry room and it is just what we needed! Works without any problems and is extremely quiet. We will purchase another when the time comes!

Missing Extra Items
I watched a few YouTube videos on installing this unit. When it came, I found it not including some items that theirs had. Made it work though.

Great features but could improve air flow.
I had to replace blower motor within 2 weeks after installation. It doesn't seem to blow enough air. It is very quiet but I'd rather have a bit of noise with more air flow.

Had a very reputable AC firm install the unit .ran great for about 4 hours then it quit called the tech he came back and checked out all voltages and pressures and told me the board was bad and the fan motor was shot So even though the compressor would come on without the fan it would not work,so after paying $500 to install and another $89 service call we have no AC .after looking at the warranty I think I'm up the creek with no paddle. If the mr cool makes this good I will give it a higher rating if not I'll have to come up with another plan
