Installation is straight forward standard mini split. Be aware! That is not a standard DIY installable item. I was a HVAC tech 30 years ago and have the tools (i.e. vacuum pump) needed. All items for installation are included and the instructions are decent. Once installed unit started up without a problem. It runs VERY quiet. It performs well (cooling). I am not sure how well the heating function performs. I installed it in my 4 car garage which already has a forced air gas heater. Cooling performance is adequate for a 1,600 sq.ft garage with a 14ft ceiling height. Experienced during the 98 degree days in the Chicagoland area.

Had a week delay with shipping but it did arrive. I did the install over 3 partial days. As it is on the second floor had to buy more latch duct. Had a little trouble with the WiFi connection but is working how. Inside/outside units are very quite. Overall happy and would buy again.

Install went pretty well but i should have waited to connect refrigerant lines.. many of the line cover "gutter" pieces need to be slid on before connections are made. its odd that they spend so much time in manual discussing torque specs when each connection just bottoms out. It does not appear that the seal is made at the threads, its made by a seal on the inside of the connection. i almost powered it up without using allen wrench to open up lines, yikes!

Works great. Originally had a smell, probably from the factory oils used to assemble it. After using it for a week, the smell went away. But that doesn't take away from how nice this is. It was cheaper than other companies advertising.

It was very reasonably priced when I bought it. It's super quiet. Works perfectly. My husband installed it himself. It has. Handy remote that mounts and a thermostat to control it as well. It's super nice!

cools really well qhwn you are directly in front of it. i have a 500 square foot tiny house with at least 1 inch foam insulation. i would suggest going next size up. just not cooling very fast and as easily as i think it should. but the diy was easy if you can do this sort of thing.

ordered, got shipping notice, got cancellation notice and refund from Walmart. ??????????????????????

HORRIBEL CUSTOMER SERVICE and impossible to find someone to help. Was sent a code for 25.00 of 45.00 for all our issues and CODE NEVER WORKED.
