First, excellent value, it will last for months. Natural ingredients, no additives or other staff added. I take it before working out and it does make a difference - more resistance and less muscle fatigue. Recommended.

I was warned a lot about the bitter taste of BCAA but it's flavored so well that I can barely taste the "side effect" of BCAA+G. It's not too sweet as well, so the sweetness is balanced. The protein profile is quite good, even my PT recommends it.

I've use last 10 years. Quality same as 10 years. Taste good, Recover well, But not mix well with water. I've taking direct into mouth. Comes with tiny spoon, but really hard find. Use chopsticks to find.

good quality and good ingredients. size of the pill is small and easy to swallow. my dosage was once per day between meals. was taking this product to help with my energy and recovery post workout

Really great value for money compared to other products on the market but quite difficult to enjoy the taste on its own! I've opted to either take it directly from the spoon and wash it down with water or mix it with something else like a pre workout if having before training or with a hydration drink post training.

this product is practically impossible to mix with water so I take it dry and chug it with water right after. This is not ideal and it's kinda nasty tasting but it gets the job done and it's fast. I wish this product was soluble in water or packaged into pills to be consumed easily.

Quality is OK, ingredients are not too good. Tastes awful, makes bad smell sweat. I have away because couldn't bare the unnatural taste. Size is big, but better less, but better quality. Don't really feel any benefits from it. Nor for the endurance or power. Maybe helps with the recovery...

The taste of this would gag a rat! It is absolutely disgusting. I can barely drink a small amount of it let alone the daily recommended amount. I can not imagine how the manufacturers think the flavor is acceptable. I cannot comment on the efficacy of the product given that I cannot drink enough of it to give it a true statement.

To me, it smells like baby diapers. It does not taste anything like lemonade. I will buy this again.
