Excellent!

iHerb Customer November 18, 2020

Much better than the powder drink mix. All the ones i have tried have too much of a bitter taste. These just pop them in your mouth and swollow. no taste. Works just as good as the drink mix. These are making a huge difference in my workouts. I feel much stronger vs when I wasn't taking them.

Good value, formulation, but large capsules and amount

iHerb Customer October 22, 2023

I used to regularly use the plain, unflavored powder form of BCAA and separately L-glutamine, but the taste makes it hard to take in plain water and require mixing with juice for me (I can't take artificial sweetener or most natural alternatives), unless I really try to drink a glassful with plain water in one gulp. So capsule form is definitely more convenient in that regard. But the downside is that it requires a large amount, both in capsule size and quantity. There's no way to avoid that though. What's interesting about MRM's formulation is they provide a different proportion of the 3 branch chained amino acids. The standard appears to be 2:1:1 of Leucine:Valine:Isoleucine, but MRM uses 2.5 to 1.5 to 1 of Leucine:Valine:Isoleucine instead. I am unsure of any advantage or disadvantage in the different proportions.

Great but big serving

iHerb Customer October 21, 2023

Regular buyer of these BCAA's as they are good value for money. Only negative is that the serving size is quite high at 6 capsules which is a bit inconvenient. Reccomended

Good

iHerb Customer July 20, 2023

I like the composition of this BCAA. It matches the quality in the Transparent Labs product, which is rated well. So far, it doesn't seem anything different than the other BCAA supplement I have tried though.

Good

iHerb Customer February 7, 2024

good quality with large amount of the ingredients that I am after. Size of pill easy to swallow. I switched to these from another brand because I could get more in one pill. Have not noticed a difference yet.

Ok

iHerb Customer April 8, 2021

MRM BCAA (with added L-Glutamine) is is an excellent value for money product, since the dosage is good, and the product contains clean ingrecients with no nasties added.... Its a good choice for vegans and vegetarians whose diet usually lacks the branched chain amino acids (BCAAs)... For example, if you're only consuming lentils, peas and nuts as you're protein source, then you could supplement with BCAA.... For muscle building however, I wouldn't rely on BCAAs alone, I would have more complete source of protein such as meat, and then if necessary supplement it with BCAA's (or EAAs, which are the full spectrum of amino acids) during workouts
