amazing quality, I know this brand can be trusted. I reordered this a couple of times already and tried several flavors, they're all good! I instantly feel the benefit of drinking this, I wake up the next morning not as sore from my training. I workout very often as a ballet dancer, this helps me recover between classes.

I have been using this product for several months and I can feel the difference. It really helps with delayed muscle soreness. Also, it tastes good and dissolves perfectly into my post-workout shake.

I'd buy this one again. I have had some other brands and this one seems to work better for me. I was going through some trauma in my body that made me very weak, so this helped boost my immune system actually. I'll be trying again now that I'm able to get around much better. Trauma was due to chronic migraines. Weakened my whole body.

High quality BCAAs with great ingredients, an amazing taste and amazing benefits. Superb to complement a fitness lifestyle, pre/post/during workout and it really aids endurance and recovery during or after an intense session. Suitable for all diets too, I only wish the island fusion flavour was available in a larger packaging as it's the best flavour!

This bcaa powder is awesome! I first have to say I read one of the reviews, that was given a 1 star rating, because it made him "itchy", first of all it has beta-alanine in it which will make you tingly/itchy. So read the ingredients and do your research on products before you buy them. This is an outstanding product, it has helped me put on lean muscle, and helps preserve muscle on a calorie deficit. I do notice faster muscle recovery, and DOMS doesn't seem to be as intense.

Great taste and mixes pretty easily in water. It does get a little foamy though. It seemed to help with soreness the next day. I'm just experimenting with some pre and post workout supplements currently to see if they actually have any affect. I'll continue to use this and see if it helps with recovery.

Ive used MRM range of products for a while and the quality is definitely one of the few highly rated in the market. There is no artificial color or favor used and ingredients dosage are stated on label. I give a 4 star rating is due to Island Fusion favor. Taste more like a light sour pineapple after taste which I don't quite like it!

I am happy with this purchase and it seems good quality. I like that it has BCAA and glutamine in the same mix. I don't like strong pineapple or tropical tastes, but I wanted to try the Island Fusion flavor for a change from fruit punch, blue razz, and berry flavors, and the flavor is very good -- light and I don't detect much if any pineapple or coconut. BCAA are always sweet as the flavors aim to overpower the bitterness of BCAA. I also like that this product uses monk fruit and stevia and not sucralose which is in a lot of BCAA and electrolyte products. I am not keto but I don't understand the 2 g added sugars and where they come from in the ingredients -- that is why I deduct one star. I try to avoid added sugars and there are 15 calories per serving which I didn't realize before I purchased. I would prefer lower calories.
