MRM Bone Maximizer III, 150 Capsules

I have been taking these for several years. They seem to have everything needed to build strong bones. I won't truly know if they are working until I get my next bone scan. They are pretty large, but being they are in capsule form, they are not too hard to swallow.

I saw wanted to take these pills because I love the MRM brand, but they are too large for me to swallow. I thought they were common size capsules. I will have to pass them on to someone that could use them. I purchased them to help me with my teeth and joints.

With a diagnosis of osteoperosis, I believe that I am doing the most that I am able to with this product. Of course I also take strontium daily and vitamin D with K in it as well. The improvement will show on the next dexa scan. I continue to exercise, mow the yard and work three days a week.

I open the capsule and sprinkle it on my yogurt in the morning. It has really helped my knee function.

My doctor recommended these for me. I am 82 years old and we don't want me to break any bones. (haha)

This is my second bottle of Bone Maximizer. My bone density is getting very and I needed some support. After much research, I chose this supplement. So far I am happy with it, but only a scan will tell what difference does it make. I like the combination of necessary elements in this product as they work together to support bone health. I will keep ordering this.

i dont know if good or not, could not continue it because hard on my stomach but seems good quality, i will try to dissolve the powder in yougurt to see if i can digest it.
