I open the capsule and sprinkle it on my yogurt in the morning. It has really helped my knee function.

My doctor recommended these for me. I am 82 years old and we don't want me to break any bones. (haha)

Bought this for both my kids when the bone break happened. Allowed for each of them to amaze the orthopedic provider by getting out of their cast/boot earlier than expected. Of course you need to follow the advise of your provider but it definitely helped.

As a middle aged guy I thought this was going to address another issue I have been having, but I guess is it actually like calcium and other things for skeletal bones. I will keep taking this and maybe try ginseng or something.

Have been using Bone Maximizer for about 8 years. My doctor suggested it to increase my bone density. It has worked great in increasing and maintaining my density.

I think this is an excellent product. I only wish the capsules stayed together better, so that the bottle doesn't end up full of powdered MCHA. I would recommend it to others who are concerned about bone density.
