MRM Liver X with BioSorb, 60 Ct

Liver is not in good shape. I was recommended this product to help my liver heal

I liked taking it. After 2 weeks, my skin improved noticeably. I take one tablet half an hour before meals, twice a day. Contains betaine, which is an important component for the liver.

This in conjunction with another liver supporting supplement helped my husband greatly with his newly diagnosed fatty liver disorder. His blood work came back and his numbers are out of the red!

I take it for my liver. This kind of supplement is difficult to feel if it's really working or not. I'll continue it and see if my blood test results will improve in a year.

Good stuff

Both my husband and I have been using Liver X for years and years. We have the occasional beer or glass of wine and our blood work comes back very good when we are tested every year. This particular brand was recommended by someone ( can't remember who) years ago and it has not failed us. Highly recommended.

Bought 4 bottles, stocked up. Went to put them away and one bottle felt light, something missing. The bottle didn't have 60 capsules, maybe 15. Bottle was sealed from factory, maybe a glitch in the machine filling. Great product but that bottle went back to the store for refund..Liver X is not cheap.

Like the N-Acetyl-Cysteine, Choline Bitartrate and particularly Alpha-Lipoic Acid in this formula. It's good value too. Personally I take an extra cap of the Life Extension Milk Thistle as well to up my intake of this key ingredient. NAC and Curcumin are also highly beneficial for your liver, an extremely important organ to take care of.

The best detoxification is the one that happens rather subtly. This is one such supplement. My diet was not super clean and I paid the price by getting mild fatty liver. I did however change my diet and I think this supplement helped me restore the rather delicate balance the liver has to maintain to work optimally.

I still believe you can get detoxing health benefits from this, but personally I have not noticed much difference in using this product. The newer and more effective form of ALA (R+Alpha Lipoic Acid) is not found in here and that's a bummer. This product is also not organic and the amount of pesticides being used out there is very alarming, and their residue can enter ground and surface waters like rivers and streams that people and wildlife use for drinking and also harms aquatic life along the way. So you risk exposing yourself to contaminants every time you use a product that is not certified organic. Organic is by no means perfect but it is a big step forward to stopping this sad and terrible cycle. Please 👍 if you found this helpful! 🌼
