mixes easily with water. tasteless. I mix it with my pre workout cocktail. gives a tingling sensation on my ears. arrived on time with good packaging
i use this brand because seems legit! it also uses 1,6gr scoop with carnosyn beta alanine which is really hard to find in my country
Take this daily and let it do its job! I highly recommend it to everyone who wants to have optimum health and best energy. Good taste supplement with a great composition.
FASTER RECOVERY TAKE AS POST WORKOUT! NOTICE A BIG DIFFERENCE!
Works like a charm as a pre-workout especially for biking, can definitely tell the difference during workout with it.
WOW, tingles! I checked, the feeling is normal. It will dull, with more frequent use. Beta-alanine is technically a non-essential beta-amino acid, but it has quickly become anything but non-essential in the worlds of performance nutrition and bodybuilding. It can offer real performance benefits, but it has unique chemical properties that need to be understood. It may also have a unique push-and-pull relationship with our old friend taurine that should be taken into account. You can learn a lot more about it if you find the Huberman Lab podcast. I prefer Beta-Alanine now, over BCAA, because it can be taken before OR after exercise, and also the taste is not as terrible as BCAA.
yup, Crynosyn .... Google it out and read the science, they have a great website. After 27% day. You should definitely be feeling the effects of this product and you actually feel the tingle right after you take it. There's a lot of science behind beta alanine and I'm happy that I'm trying it out
Anything that has a chance to give me an edge in my athletic performance, I will go for it. Beta-alanine has been shown to enhance muscular endurance. Many people report being able to perform one or two additional reps in the gym when training in sets of 8–15 repetitions. Beta-alanine supplementation can also improve moderate- to high-intensity cardiovascular exercise performance, like rowing or sprinting. I've taken a stimulant free preworkout which had some other stuff besides pure beta-alanine. It's affordable, no side effects, so I don't why I shouldn't add it in my stack
I take 1 scoop before workout and 1 after. Gives you a tingly sensation, but if feels kind of good during a workout. Consistency is that of crystals. Delivers better endurance (during e.g. it feels like I can do a 10 reps instead of 8. But you need to use for 4-6 weeks consistently to see results.
I bought this thinking it would be a good idea for my CFS. I didn't know you can get a side effect called the beta alanine itch. I experienced it maybe 5 minutes or so after ingestion and it was intense. It was extreme itching, burning, stinging, prickling and tingling all at once, all over my body. Upon research it should go away after 30 minutes I still have the symptoms and it's been longer than 30 minutes. Even if it does go away eventually, I don't think I will take this ever again. It was truly an uncomfortable and scary situation. I don't feel the benefits outweigh the side effects at all. I have never felt anything so awful like that before and this is coming from someone who is very unwell with multiple serious chronic illnesses. So I'm quite used to feeling awful on a daily basis, but this was next level awful.
