It turns out that Ceylon cinnamon is very healthy. The doctor advised my father to consume it at breakfast. He adds a teaspoon to quacker and muesli as an additive to strengthen the body, reduce sugar, etc. My father says that unlike regular cinnamon, Ceylon is sweeter and tastier. And if it's healthy and tasty at the same time, that's great. Considering the fact that it is organic Ceylon cinnamon, the price is reasonable.

Ceylon cinnamon helps me to eliminate the spikes in blood sugar. When it comes in a big package, it's much cheaper than the capsules. I put half of small coffee spoon in my plain yogurt up to 3 times a day. Useful feature of this package - there is a moisture absorbing bar inside.

Been taking a 1/2 teaspoon with honey everyday. This cinnamon has such a wonderful flavor, I wish I could eat it by the spoonful.

The flavor of this cinnamon is lovely. I add it as a sweetener to smoothies, oatmeal, yogurts, chia pudding - anything I want sweet without sugar.

with holidays coming up this is the perfect addition to many desserts the taste is strong and you don't need much

A better quality to help my heart, I add this to make coffee each day. Cheaper brands seem to have more lead in them.

When the bag arrived I was surprised at how small it was. That is my fault. I should've paid more attention to the weight per cost. The smell is great. The color is very light. Haven't noticed any specific different in taste from regular cinnamon. Bard on the price per ounce, I most likely won't order again unless there is a drop in price.

When it arrived, the color was faded and almost floury off-white , instead of rich brown I expected. On top of that , there was hardly any cinnamon fragrance. Definitely not recommended if you are looking for true fresh and good quality Ceylon cinnamon.
